cuteTA

cuteTA is an Task dispatch system where by the complaints received by various users are received and appropriate nearest field officers are assigned to their mobile phones with the help of GPS.
If the assignement is not picked up by anyone within predefined time period, the operator shall assign the job manually.

The field office shall attend to the case and the cuteTA Mobile app guides them of the route and also allows the user to take photos and get signature from the site team and fill in the checksheet / work completion report in the App itself.
The KPI can be monitored efficiently with the time the technicaian attended to the site, the time it has taken to assign the job upon receiving etc.
