Cutech aim’s to provide efficient and reliable design for all projects. The department includes lead engineers well experienced in stationary and rotating equipment. Our expertise in stationary equipment design is a prerequisite for our in-house manufacturing of pressure vessels, oil treaters, fired heaters, and heat exchangers. Our engineers and designers work closely with shop fabricators to facilitate continuous improvement in the design and manufacture of process pressure equipment. The mechanical engineering team prepares the required data sheets, calculations, finite element analysis, fabrication drawings, and material takeoffs necessary to deliver the pressure vesselmanufactured in-house.

The electrical engineering department focuses on design and fabrication of motor control centers and control buildings, including control panel design for programmable logic controllers and distributed control systems, with thorough development of process control systems. The group is flexible in its approach and constructs many types of modules and process plants. Cutech has completed electrical installation to various international standards for projects around the world, using onshore and offshore construction techniques and equipment. We have a dedicated group of licensed electricians who maintain our high level of workmanship.
The instrumentation and automation department designs, programs, installs, and commissions control engineering systems. We have the experience to execute projects that require facility-wide process control systems, emergency shutdown systems, fire and gas systems, and safety instrumented systems. Cutech has used and configured distributed control systems, programmable logic controllers, and supervisory control and data acquisition packages from numerous manufacturers including Siemens, Emerson, and Honeywell among others. Cutech develops complete drawing/document packages that meet instrumentation and controls requirements for our projects and ensures that these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently, and safely.

In addition to carrying out installation works as a complete site based operation, we are able to carry out off-site fabrication works both to service our site works, and as standalone fabrication projects. Our fabrication facility is strategically located in Tuas, Singapore with facilities available to accommodate Fabricator’s / welders / fitters as necessary to facilitate the following works:
Cutech carries out fabrication work in accordance with detailed client drawings, with all fabrication isometrics produced by us, together with QA documentation which is maintained for record purposes over the duration of the project. i.e. welder qualifications / procedures, weld / NDT logs, etc. are maintained through a custom built software cuteQM, and this service is also available for site based fabrication works. All QA procedures and logs are continually reviewed and updated by our QA representative.
We can also offer a competitive and professional plant installation and heavy machinery lifting service to compliment mechanical services installations, with operatives being trained and holding relevant qualifications to carry out associated slinging, rigging and operation of MEWP and lifting equipment.
